What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message. If you are a team member, we store the email address you use to sign in. We also hold football data about players and clubs gathered from public sources such as league data, club and federation websites and news reports.
How we use it
We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and to stay in touch about Scout54. Sign-in details are used to give approved team members access to the talent database. We do not sell your personal information.
Player data
Player information is drawn from publicly available football sources and is used for scouting and talent discovery. If you are a player, parent or academy and would like information about you corrected or removed, please contact us.
Storage and security
Your information is stored securely with access limited to the Scout54 team. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by getting in touch through our contact page.
